These Terms govern the use of the CampaignPlanner platform (the “Service”), operated by CampaignPlanner. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
CampaignPlanner is a tool to plan, generate with artificial intelligence, schedule and publish social media content based on your brand’s information.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, misleading, infringes third-party rights, is spam, or violates the policies of the connected social networks. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.
The content you generate and approve is yours and you are solely responsible for it. You grant us a limited license to process it and publish it on the networks you connect, for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to the logos, images and texts you upload.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (for example Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions by those platforms that affect publishing.
The Service, its software, brand and design are the property of CampaignPlanner and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any rights to them to you.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, CampaignPlanner will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms. After termination, your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the data deletion policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may modify these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
