This Policy describes how CampaignPlanner (“CampaignPlanner”, “we”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use the platform available at campaignplanner.io (the “Service”).
We do not sell your personal information or that of your clients.
When you authorize the connection of a social network (for example Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X), you do so through that network’s official process. We use that access only to publish and manage the content you approve (including the cover image of each video) and, if you allow it, to show you how the videos you published through the Service are performing. The use of data obtained from each platform is also governed by that platform’s policies. You can revoke access at any time from the Service or from your account settings on the social network.
We share data only with providers that help us operate the Service, under confidentiality obligations and only to the extent necessary:
We may disclose information if required by law. The specific list of subprocessors is available on request by writing to [email protected].
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as necessary to fulfill legal or contractual purposes. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our data deletion policy.
You can access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected] or see how to delete your data.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of passwords and of social media access tokens. No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to keep your data secure.
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this Policy. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
